The Standard
The Lictor G9 is the smallest-footprint double magazine carrier RCS has built, and the first RCS pistol magazine carrier that does not have to be threaded onto a belt.
A federal law enforcement agency requested it. RCS built it, the agency tested and approved it, purchased it for issue to their personnel, and RCS brought it to the commercial market after fulfilling that contract.
Two fully loaded magazines, carried at the waistline, accessible whether the carrier is riding under a sport coat or mounted high on a plate carrier. The relief cuts on the outboard face are cut for both positions, not one or the other.

The Magazine Carrier Compromise
RCS already makes a double pistol magazine carrier optimized for concealment: the Copia. The Copia uses a pancake-style design that keeps both magazines flat against the body and as close to invisible as a double carrier gets. That design works. It is effective at what it does.
It also has to be laced onto the belt, and it claims more real estate along the belt line because spreading the magazines flat is what keeps them close to the body.
The Lictor G9 is a different tradeoff within the same concealment category. The magazines sit side by side in a narrower carrier that mounts to a belt clip rather than threading through a loop. The footprint along the belt line is smaller. Don and doff is faster. The carry profile is not quite as flat as the Copia, but it is still a concealment-viable carrier for most users under most cover garments.
